Production Integration

From high frequency welding, pump assembly, sewing/screen printing, to plastic injection, we strictly keep excellent product quality by providing a one-stop production service line. Nearly all components are manufactured on-site and abide by our strict quality standard. Hundred Medical is committed to product quality and constantly evaluate production protocol to strive for perfection.

With the joint effort between production and R&D department, Hundred Medical is proud to have obtained ISO:13485 quality management system certification for its design and manufacturing process. In addition, Hundred Medical’s manufacturing site is also approved by FDA, MDSAP, and other world-class safety accreditation. Until 2026, We have received various medical product certificate including, US FDA 510(K), MDD 93/42/EEC, and etc.
